As the fabric we work with has an element of stretch we advise that the sizing is not only accurate but also fits a great size ratio. Perfect if you are in between sizes. Gorgeous Couture offers an exclusive Bespoke made to measure service. If you wish to purchase a garment in a non-standard colour or a non-standard size (standard sizes range from 6-12) we can accommodate your request. Sale garments are sold on a first come first served basis and are only available in the specific colours and sizes in the sale. Should you require a style made in a specific colour or size we can accommodate any request but at the normal web offer price. Contact us to organise or order as normal in the usual shopping area of the site.
The higher price quoted online is our Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and is used to convey the price that other retailers would sell our garments for. As we offer an online service we cut costs of other retailers enabling us to sell directly to you at a fantastic low "web offer price". We strive to keep our pricing accurate and timely.
We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below. We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.
Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorised. Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you can't use it for a short period.
Your order will be selected or individually made by one of our designers, packaged and then despatched. *We aim to provide a swift delivery service and most standard orders placed after 10am will be processed the following working day and take 1-3 days for despatch.
If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the order will be received at the design studio on the Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday this will then be received on the Tuesday.
Deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days after you place your order (excluding Weekends).
The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £4.95 and your order will be sent out via the courier service City Link Monday - Thursday. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7.30am and 5.30pm and a signature is required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
For weekend deliveries, your order will be delivered on Saturday, before 1pm via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Here at Gorgeous Couture we deliver our fabulous designs worldwide and for just £10.00 your order is despatched via the reliable "Royal Mail International Sign For" service, which takes around 3-5 working days to reach you once despatched. If you simply can't wait to wear your Gorgeous Couture dresses then why not opt for our even faster delivery service through "Global Express" which can be as quick as 24-72 hours from despatch! As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you.
From receipt, you have 7 working days to decide if you want to return any item (this includes sale items) within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed and take your parcel to any Post Office.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, the gift box and hanger must be returned also (unless you keep an item from your total order). Please also state whether you require a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

Safer than it's ever been. We use one of the most secure online ordering systems on the market, and are constantly researching and improving our software to make sure we offer the highest possible security at all times.

One of the most common reasons for this is that your email software is marking emails from us as junk mail, and are sending them to your spam folder.
