DELIVERY

Gorgeous Couture offers a fast, hassle-free delivery service. As each garment is individually designed, cut and crafted at our UK design studio by our accomplished design team, after your order is received it can take between 1-3 days for your order to be individually made before despatch. Delivery is made to your chosen address the day following the despatch. Each garment is delivered by courier in an exclusive keepsake
embossed gift box and hung to retain the quality and shape on a luxurious velvet hanger.

RETURNS

Returning garments for an exchange or refund couldn’t be easier. Simply attach the free returns label to your parcel and drop it off at any local post office within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.

Following our commitment to quality each item must be returned new, unworn and with all garment tags still in place. Damaged, soiled and altered goods may be rejected and returned to the customer.

UK Post & Packing is charged at £4.95.
International Delivery is £10.
