Please bear in mind that made to measure orders cannot be returned to us. These garments are made to your exact personal specification and therefore we are unable to accept these returns. Most made to measure orders do not incur surcharges – you simply pay the price you see online – however, should you require additional Swarovski crystal, a longer length, a redesign of an element of the dress (a change of hemline, for example) or your measurements fall outside of our standard sizes (6-12) then additional charges for fabric consumption and re-design costs may be incurred. Please ask for a quote for your chosen design. This does not affect your statutory rights. All made to measure services are subject to availability and should be ordered in advance of peak periods such as Christmas.
